Vapor Apparel provides a vertical suite of apparel to wholesalers, consumer brands, and the promotional products industry.
We are an industry leader in blank performance apparel certified for digital sublimation printing and print-on-demand services. A growing part of our line is sustainable, fashion friendly recycled performance polyester and polyester-blends as well.
Our blanks have been distributed across the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, and the Caribbean since 2004.
PRODUCTS + FABRICS
Vapor Apparel fabrics are specifically engineered with today’s digital decorating standards in mind. The fabrics used to make these high-quality performance garments utilize a proprietary process that ensures success of the press and with the client.
Known for superior UPF50+ sun protection, Vapor Apparel is currently being used in decorative and fulfillment houses across the country and throughout the world for sublimation, screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer and much more.

We also operate from two facilities in South Carolina: our 26,000 square-foot headquarters outside Charleston is home to our corporate offices, production, warehouse, and client showroom – and our 30,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Union County.
