SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES

Most orders are currently taking up to 2 business days to be processed before shipping from our warehouse.

Processing time, transit time and delivery exclude weekends and Holidays. – Please note that specific areas may experience delivery delays based on local conditions.

Expedited UPS and FedEx shipments are no longer guaranteed, and we cannot be held responsible for packages delivered late.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Team at orders@vaporapparel.com and we will try our best to accommodate. Orders that have begun processing at our distribution center will be unable to be cancelled.


SHIPPING COSTS

Pre-approved commercial accounts may elect to ship orders on their own carrier account which must be entered at checkout along with shipping method.

If the “My Shipping Account” field is left blank, your order will be shipped on our account.

Default shipping method is FedEx or LTL. Express shipping methods are available, and costs will vary according to order size and delivery location.

Upon the completion of your Vapor Wholesale order, a pending charge will be added to your credit card account which will include the cost of your order plus an additional 15% to cover the cost of shipping. The pending charge will remain on your account until your order is invoiced at the time of shipment.

All shipping costs will be calculated and billed at time of shipment.

Please notify our Customer Service Team of order discrepancies within 5 business days of receipt to allow us to provide a quick fix.
