SHIPPING
TEMPORARY UPDATE: DUE TO OPERATIONAL CONSIDERATIONS TO DURING COVID-19, ORDERS ARE CURRENTLY TAKING APPROXIMATELY 2 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS BEFORE SHIPPING FROM OUR WAREHOUSE.

Most orders ship via USPS, unless other shipping method is is selected during checkout.

Pre-approved commercial accounts may elect to ship orders on their own carrier account.

PAYMENTS
Payment is taken at the time orders are submitted. Pre-approved commercial account may elect payment terms during checkout. 


ORDER PROCESSING
Orders received 8:30 am – 2:00 pm Monday – Friday typically begin processing that day. Orders received after 2:00 pm begin processing the next business day.

To request an order change, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate order changes, but please note that not all change requests can be accommodated.

Orders which have been processed and shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.

If shipping address submitted with the order to be changed for any reason after shipment, re-routing fees and/or administration fees may apply.


UNDELIVERABLE AND REFUSED DELIVERIES
USPS packages generally do not require a delivery signature; undeliverable, missed or refused deliveries that are returned to our warehouse, but rescheduled for delivery may incur additional applicable shipping charges.

Please note that since devices, computers and displays can vary and be calibrated differently, garment colors viewed online may differ from the actual product. 


ERRORS + INACCURACIES
Best efforts are made to ensure accuracy of information and prices on our website, promotional materials and communications. However, Vapor Apparel and Source Substrates, LLC reserve the right to amend any pricing, typographical and/or human or technical errors on our website or materials. 

Errors discovered in items which have been ordered will be communicated as soon as possible along with the option of reconfirming an order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact a customer regarding an error, we will treat the order as canceled.
