You know a festival is going to be a good time when an event’s slogan is “Drink Beer. Do Good.” But there's more to the Charleston Beer Fest than just the delicious brew. From herbal to spicy, and sharp to elegant, the ale is always a draw, but the best thing about this annual event is that proceeds from tickets, custom shirts, craft vendors, and food trucks goes to support Palmetto Community Care, an organization that helps those living with HIV/Aids in the Charleston, SC, community.

Vapor Apparel Creates Custom Shirts for Event Goers and Volunteers
Vapor Apparel was proud to work with the Charleston Beer Fest on their event merch. With more than 4,500 tickets sold each year, custom event shirts are always big sellers. So, we took their “Hoptopus” event logo and hand-printed the design on a Solar Long Sleeve in Pearl Grey using our in-house sublimation process.
The result? A custom shirt that people bought and wore at the event itself, not only because it was a really cool shirt, but also because it was hot and sunny, and our Solar shirts are built for just that. As a sponsor of the event, Vapor also had a vendor booth where Gustavo and crew sold Beerfest Shirts along with some of our Vapor Apparel collections.
“I got to work on many in-person events this year and The Beer Fest was one of my favorites,” Gustavo said. “Great beer, people, and the vibes were hop-ing! I am looking forward to the next Beer Fest in October 2024."
