“When teams become bowl-eligible, it is a big celebration for them. It’s a great story to be told about the journey that is their season when they qualify for a Bowl Game,” said Nick Carparelli, executive director of Bowl Season.

Not only are we celebrating the great accomplishments of these football programs across the country, but we are also celebrating sustainability and the high-quality product that Vapor Apparel provides to these student athletes across the country,” he said.

Vapor Apparel Makes High Quality Customization Easy
Two years ago, Bowl Season reached out to us to customize shirts for their organization, as well as shirts for bowl-eligible teams. Each year, the program has grown and this year, we provided gear for 76 participating teams. It’s been a blast customizing our 100% recycled fiber Eco Sol shirts for them.
We make every customization process easy because we’re a one-stop-shop. Just select on of our garments as your base, and we can then either use your high-res artwork as-is, add to your artwork, or create something brand new.
For Bowl Season, we took their Bowl Bound graphic and added specific team logos and colors so they were unique to each team. We do the design work in-house and hand it off to our production team who creates the transfers, hand-prints the graphic on each Vapor Apparel shirt, and then boxes them up and ships them out for game day.
The teams not only wear the shirts, but we also create a Team Store on our website so football fans like you can buy the Bowl Bound shirts for your favorite teams.
The end result is a custom shirt that builds awareness for the team, the Bowl Season organization, and shows support for the players as they go into a bowl game.
“Bowl season is one of the greatest and longest running traditions in American Sports. It takes place from mid-December through early January and is truly a celebration of College Football,” Carparelli said.
“I think the thing that surprised us the most about Vapor Apparel was the high quality of their garments,” he said. “When we give a branded Bowl Season item made by Vapor to any of our clients, they’re so excited to have it. They touch it, they feel it, try it on, and they say, 'Wow thank you this is one of the nicest shirts or one of the nicest quarter zips I’ve ever been given.' ”
